Rectifier use three phase thyristor fully controlled bridge rectified, the rectified DC voltage and the high frequency inverter frequency both using closed loop control, high frequency inverter to inverter producing strong high frequency alternating current and bring to send insurance circuit. The whole equipment adopt more than 20 kinds of protective measures, maximum limit enhance equipment stability, and prevents the equipment was damaged.
The main power part adopt the MOSFET and fast recovery diode of high power composing circuit type inverter. The electric circuit analysis studies use the strict structure of compound connection type, eliminated the switching loss from high frequency of power electronic devices, lifting off efficiency, also enhanced the whole machine reliability. As solid state high frequency power supply adopt specially high frequency inductor coil circuit parameter design which is equivalent superposed output voltage at the inductor.
